We're the Japanese Market Specialist

  Thanks to strong demand and interest in our consulting services, I receive many questions about the services these days.

  One of the most frequently asked questions is this: "Can you help us market and sell our products in any other Asian countries than Japan?"

  My answer is, no. We solely focus on the Japanese market.

  I appreciate asking that question and I understand that many people want to do business in Asian countries such as rapidly growing China and South Korea, and there are other appealing Asian markets as well.

  Nevertheless, we recommend making Japan your primary target in Asia, especially if your products or services are unique and high quality. After all, Japan is the largest market in Asia (See figures below). Japanese businesses and consumers can be excellent purchasers when you can provide them good quality and value.

From our standpoint, the reason why we focus only on Japan is that the market has quite different characters from other Asian countries. Asia is highly diverse in terms of history and culture. A good business manner in Japan could be a taboo in China, and vice versa. A marketing strategy that works remarkably well in Japan could devastate the similar market in other Asian countries. Frankly, I am not sure how "Asian Market Specialists" do their jobs in this enormous area.

  2. We translate your brochure to Japanese and make it PDF file to post it on the simple web.  (1&2: Basic designing charge and translation charge for less than 1000 English words (combined) are included in the basic price. *)
